In order for you to accept one time fees & Recurring Payments on any of our software. You need to create an STRIPE merchant account.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a well known credit/debit card processing merchant. That allows you to accept payments, into your account, and later transfer it out to your bank account, if you want to.

There is NO MONTHLY COST to using PAYPAL.  It's 100% Free.

PayPal only charges 2.9% + 30 cents fee per payment.

Step 1. Creating PayPal Account.

 If you already have an PayPal account,  You can SKIP this STEP.

Go to PAYPAL.com  and  click the SIGNUP button

Then choose to setup a BUSINESS account.

Just follow Instructions,  Create account, Verify account,  Add your Banking Information etc.

Step 2. PayPal API Keys

Once you have created your account,  Login to your PayPal Dashboard by going to PayPal.com

 Once Logged in,  On the RIGHT top corner, roll on your name you will see a dropdown menu, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

 

 

You should see this page below Account access, and API Access. Click on Update link of the API Access section.

 

 

On the next page scroll down untill you see this section below. Click on Manage API credentials link.

Now you will see the page you can generate your API keys below.

 

I have already generated my keys and can not show them here, for SECURITY reasons recommended by PayPal. But you should see a button to create your keys for all 3 functions.

API Username - API Password and Signature. Once you have generated the Keys, press the button to save them.

 

Then go back into the Admin Dashboard of Get Appointment, click the setting tab at the top.

 

Then navigate to the Payment Settings tab click that. Then choose PayPal Settings.

 

Begin to put the 3 Keys you have received from your PayPal account, API credentials into the boxes.

API Username - API Password and Signature.

After the keys are in, click the (SAVE SETTINGS) button.

Thats it, your software is ready to take payments using PayPal.
