Dear Customers,

Our normal hours of operations are :  9 AM to 5 PM EST Mon-Fri.

We do respond to tickets on the weekend if they are CRITICAL ( Server down ),
other issues will be resolved on a weekday.

Ticket Priority is given to customers on a first come first serve bases.

Tickets have up to a 48-hour response time.
